Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor / Graphic Designer who will work closely with our Copywriter and Marketing Team to bring campaign ideas to life.

This role requires someone who understands how visuals and words work together to drive engagement, conversions, and brand recall. You will transform scripts and copy into compelling visual stories across digital platforms.

Video Editor Requirements:

-> Collaborate with the Copywriter to turn scripts into engaging video content

-> Edit reels, ads, promotional videos, and explainer content

-> Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, transitions, and color grading

-> Optimize videos for Instagram, and paid ads

-> Ensure videos align with campaign objectives and brand tone 1200$ – tell later – layyah city – will be hostellite – 2 weeks – 1-2 pm

Graphic Designing Requirements:

-> Design ad creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and social media posts based on provided copy

-> Create banners, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing materials

-> Develop brand-consistent visuals that complement messaging

-> Work on campaign concepts jointly with the Copywriter

Looking for someone who’ll be abale to:

-> Brainstorm campaign ideas with the Copywriter and Marketing Team

-> Suggest visual storytelling approaches for ad scripts

-> Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creatives

-> Stay updated with social media trends and design styles

Required Skills:

-> Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut

-> Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics

-> Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

-> Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing

-> Ability to interpret copy and translate it into compelling visuals

-> Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

-> 1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design

-> Strong portfolio showcasing video ads and design creatives

-> Experience working with a copy team is preferred

-> Marketing agency experience is a plus

-> A creative thinker who understands both design and marketing

-> Someone who values collaboration and feedback

-> Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense

-> Passionate about creating high-converting digital content
