About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing fast, responsive, and conversion-focused WordPress websites and landing pages. You will work closely with our designers, copywriters, media buyers, and marketing strategists to turn ideas and designs into high-performing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate understands both website development and conversion-focused design.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages using Elementor.
• Convert Figma designs, wireframes, and reference pages into responsive WordPress pages.
• Customize Elementor layouts, WordPress themes, and reusable templates.
• Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Improve website speed, usability, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP when required.
• Integrate contact forms, CRM systems, analytics tools, tracking pixels, and third-party platforms.
• Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, broken layouts, form issues, and website errors.
• Manage website updates, staging environments, backups, and basic security.
• Build conversion-focused landing pages for paid advertising campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to implement A/B tests and CRO improvements.
• Maintain consistent design, typography, spacing, and branding across websites.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong experience using Elementor or Elementor Pro.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.
• Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Understanding of website speed optimization and caching.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve WordPress errors independently.
• Experience working with hosting dashboards, domains, DNS, SSL, and website migrations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match designs accurately.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Astra or similar lightweight WordPress themes.
• Experience with WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with ACF, custom post types, and dynamic content.
• Experience with LiteSpeed Cache, WPCode, Yoast SEO, and PixelYourSite.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing-page best practices.
• Experience setting up Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events.
• Basic understanding of technical SEO.
• Familiarity with Git or version-control workflows.
