Position Overview:

TMC Marketers is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a mid-level developer with coding expertise and hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing Shopify stores. You’ll collaborate with writers, designers, media buyers, and project managers to deliver high-performing eCommerce solutions

Key Responsibilities:

·  Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores and themes.

·  Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs. 

·  Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional Shopify websites. 

·  Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness. 

·  Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways. 

·  Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices. 

·  Collaborate with marketing teams to implement CRO strategies and SEO best practices. 

·  Maintain version control and follow development best practices.

Requirements:

·  2–3 years of experience in Shopify development.

·  Strong proficiency in Liquid (Shopify templating language). 

·  Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).

·  Experience with Shopify theme customization and development. 

·  Familiarity with Shopify APIs, webhooks, and app integrations. 

·  Basic knowledge of Git/version control systems. 

·  Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. 

·  Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

·  Experience with Shopify Plus. 

·  Understanding of eCommerce UX/UI principles. 

·  Familiarity with SEO and performance optimization techniques.

·  Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
